• Using the platform only for legitimate educational or professional purposes

4. Blockchain Technology

Our platform utilizes blockchain technology to ensure documents integrity. Once a documents hash is recorded on the blockchain, it cannot be altered or deleted. Users acknowledge that blockchain transactions may involve network fees and processing times.

5. Intellectual Property

The Watheeq platform, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property rights. Users retain ownership of their documents content while granting Watheeq necessary rights to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Watheeq's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
